Terms
Terms of use
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Rovari, provided by Centriva Technology LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Rovari you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
1. Using Rovari
You may use Rovari for personal, non-commercial exploration and planning. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us through the contact form if you believe someone else has used it.
3. Information is a starting point
Place details, hours, prices, phone numbers, events and AI-drafted guides and estimates come from third-party, open and AI-searched sources. They can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Items labelled “Editorial”, “Unverified” or “estimate” have not been checked by us. Illustrative photos are labelled and do not show the actual location. Confirm details with the venue or source before you go, and use your own judgment about safety, access, weather and conditions.
4. Outings, invitations and messages
- Outings you create are your own plans, not events run by a venue or by Rovari.
- You're responsible for who you invite, for having a reason to contact the people whose email addresses or phone numbers you enter (including any consent needed to text them), and for what you write in titles, notes and messages.
- Anyone with an invite link can view the outing and respond. Share links only with people you trust.
- Calendar exports are copies and don't update when an outing changes. Calendar feeds update, but may refresh slowly.
5. Tickets and third-party sites
Ticket and event links take you to third-party sellers and sites. Purchases are between you and that seller, under their terms. We don't sell tickets, and we aren't responsible for third-party sites, prices or availability.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Rovari to harass anyone, send spam, share unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, collect other people's data, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with its operation or security. We may remove content, turn off invite links, or suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run Rovari, for example to show your outing to people you invite.
8. Third-party content and licenses
Wikipedia and Wikimedia content is used under CC BY-SA and the licenses shown with each item. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors. See Data sources for details.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms, and will revise the date above when we do. Continuing to use Rovari after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Disclaimer
Rovari is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Centriva Technology LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from relying on listings, estimates, third-party sites or plans made with the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending use
You can stop using Rovari at any time, and delete your account from your Profile. We may suspend access if you break these terms.
13. Contact
Use the contact form, or reach us through the Centriva Technology website.
